What the service processes
The API processes message content and configuration supplied in a request solely to return an analysis. The current application does not create user accounts and does not intentionally collect special-category personal data.
Message content
Message bodies are processed transiently in memory. Application code does not write message bodies to storage or operational logs. Customers should still avoid submitting unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Operational data
The infrastructure provider may process network and request metadata needed to deliver and protect the service. Application error records contain request ID, endpoint, method, response status and error code. Retention settings must be reviewed in the Cloudflare dashboard before launch.
International processing
Edge processing may occur in multiple countries. A production controller identity, lawful basis, subprocessors list and transfer disclosures must be added before launch.

No advertising cookies, analytics scripts or browser storage are included in this build. Production contact details for privacy requests must be inserted here.
Terms of service — draft
Service
TextPreflight provides estimates and diagnostics for SMS encoding, segmentation and cost. Results do not replace carrier or messaging-provider billing records.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to facilitate spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, credential theft or prohibited messaging. Do not attempt to bypass limits, disrupt the service or reverse engineer access controls.
No guarantee of billing outcome
Carrier behavior varies by provider, route, country and message technology. Customers are responsible for validating their provider profile and complying with messaging, consent and consumer-protection laws.
Beta status
During beta, endpoints, limits and proposed pricing may change with notice. Paid terms, refunds, taxes, service levels and governing law must be finalized before checkout is enabled.
Liability and termination
Appropriate warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity terms, suspension rules and termination rights must be drafted for the owner's jurisdiction before commercial launch.
